An order is considered successfully placed once the customer receives an Order Confirmation Email.
If payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.

All payments processed through Razorpay are secure and encrypted. Bandragirls does not store any card or banking information.

In case of a failed payment where the amount is deducted, the payment gateway will auto-reverse it to the original payment mode within 5–7 working days.
